Tuesday OCTOBER 8th - 9.30am till 11.00am “Let’s Get Moving”:
Movers Meet-up and tai chi taster with Larry 126 Ullswater Road, LA1 3PX Lancaster Networking for movers and other holistic health professionals: at Wytch Way. A moving meet-up for movers hosted by ESTA to compare notes, deepen practice (professional development), network, establish common aims and be introduced to each other’s movement practices. This is for local professionals who are in the business of helping people gain more control over their physical bodies. For wellbeing practitioners who value the importance of getting people to physical move. We will be exploring and comparing notes on our various movement practices. Arguably, movement is a therapy in its own right (exercise) but it also has the potential to be enjoyable and fun. So how do we get people moving? Come and share insights into what you do and how we can support each other. At each meet-up one of us provides a practical taster based on our own practice which then also serves as a focus for an extended proffesional conversation. |
